In cases where service was partially provided before technical issues occurred, we may offer partial refunds calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period. The calculation will be prorated based on the number of days the service was unavailable.

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits that extend your subscription period or provide access to premium features. Service credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Subscription renewals are subject to the same refund policy. However, if you do not wish to renew your subscription, please ensure you do not submit payment for renewal. We cannot process refunds for renewal payments submitted in error after the grace period.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
