Important: Refunds are only considered after we have attempted to resolve the technical issues through troubleshooting and support.

Subscription renewals are subject to the same refund policy. However, if you do not wish to renew your subscription, please ensure you do not submit payment for renewal. We cannot process refunds for renewal payments submitted in error after the grace period.
